"a Change of Heart" strives to be a group of surrendered believers, unified in God’s Spirit as brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, dedicated to bringing spiritual, emotional, and physical healing and encouragement to God’s people, and new life and hope to a troubled and dying world.
"a Change of Heart" also strive to be humble and willing vessels for God’s Spirit to work through, in a way that will impact and change the hearts of the saved and the lost alike, bringing them closer to our Creator Father God and Savior.
God created you to love you.
He gave you free will to choose to love Him back.
He will not force you to love Him.
We are God’s workmanship…His creation. (Romans 9:20)
The created have no right or privilege to tell the Creator what to do.
When Adam and Eve chose to disobey the Creator of the universe, they broke fellowship with Him…otherwise known as sin. (Romans 5:18)
God’s punishment for sin is eternal separation from Him, otherwise known as Hell,
If you do not choose to accept His own Son, Jesus, as your Lord & Savior.
After sin came into the world, we needed sacrificial blood shed to be cleansed from it.
Thus, the shedding of blood in the animal sacrifices of old.
That was under the law that God imposed before Jesus came.
Since Jesus came and died on the cross as the sacrificial Lamb to take away our sins,
Only HIS shed blood will make us seem as though we are sinless in God’s eyes,
And God wishes that none of us would perish (spiritually…our souls).
So we need to accept that Jesus died and shed His blood for us…
This is God’s greatest Gift to us. (Romans 5:6-10)
We accept this by believing and confessing that Jesus is actually the Son of God…God Himself in the flesh, (Romans 10:9-13)
And that He died in our place to save our souls from eternal torment and agony,
And that He rose from the dead on the third day, (Matthew 28)
And ascended into Heaven and sits at the right hand of His Father,
Only then do we become God’s own children. (John 1:10-13)
And He will come again to judge the living and the dead!
Thank You, Father, for loving us so much!
Praise be forever to the Lamb of God, the Alpha and the Omega,
the Prince of peace, the King of kings and Lord of lords! Amen.
